Itinerary

Oquirrh Mountain Utah Temple

After picking up at the hotel or place where you are staying, we will drive to Oquirrh Mountain Temple. Dedicated in August 2009, the Oquirrh Mountain Temple is located in South Jordan and is known for its towering central spire topped with a statue of the Angel Moroni. Constructed of granite and featuring art glass windows, this temple symbolizes hope and inspiration. Its location offers spectacular views of the Oquirrh Mountains and the valley skyline. The driving time will be approximately 30 minutes.

Originally dedicated in November 1981, the Jordan River Temple is one of the most visited temples in the world. After a complete renovation, it was rededicated in May 2018. Its classical architecture and beautiful gardens make it a spiritual oasis in the middle of the city. Here you will learn about its history and its importance to the local community.

The Taylorsville Temple represents the continued growth of the Church in Utah. Dedicated on June 2, 2024, it is the 21st temple built in Utah and the fifth built in the Salt Lake Valley. It is constructed of structural steel and stone veneer. It stands on the former site of a Church meetinghouse and recreation field. The architectural style is known as Pioneer Gothic. The architect was greatly inspired by local pioneer tabernacles.
