Our staff will be waiting for you on the arrival floor at Gate 14. You will meet your driver within 5–6 minutes.
If your hotel is located in the city center (e.g. Taksim, Sultanahmet, or Şişli), the journey will take approximately 45–50 minutes. There will be no extra charges.
Departure Instructions (Hotel to Airport):
If your reservation is from the hotel to the airport, please allow approximately 1 hour for the trip.
Important: Please make sure to double-check which airport your flight is departing from. Istanbul has two airports:

Our meeting staff will be waiting for you at the Arrival floor, Gate 14, holding a sign with the number "38". Please look for the sign, and they will guide you to your driver. According to airport regulations, drivers are only allowed to wait outside the airport, so it will take approximately 8-9 minutes to meet your driver.
