From Johannesburg, we depart to Hartbeespoort Dam and Magaliesberg Mountain offers amazing views on water and land. As you travel to the top, you will encounter a nature reserve from your bird’s eye view and spot giraffes, zebras, and antelopes. Upon reach choose to dine at several restaurants or have a drink at the Lookout Bar offering a view of the eastern region.

After pick-up at your location is confirmed 24hours prior to starting time, thereafter we travel to Hartbeespoort passing Lanseria Airport a privately owned international airport, along the road we approach Lion Park and Lesedi Cultural Village.

We drive on the famous Hartbeespoort Dam was built in 1921 and was the largest dam in the Southern Hemisphere in that era. The dam wall stands 149.5 meters long and 59.4 meters high, built cutting through Magaliesberg.

Hartbeespoort Dam - Snake and Animal Park

After the formalities at Snake and Animal Park, we proceed to learn more about these endangered species such as South African reptiles including snakes, crocodiles, and turtles.
