The guide will pick you up at your hotel in Hangzhou. It will around 40 mins on the way. Located at the foot of Jiguanlong Mountain west of West Lake, this Y-shaped convergence of mountain streams connects Longjing to the north and Qiantang River to the south. You will take a hike here for about 2 hours, to really embrace the nature, absorb the fresh air. At this 'paradise on earth', you may see the iconic 'smoky forest' spectacle created by those ethereal mist-shrouded trees (particularly after rainfall).
Longjing tea fields
When we arrive Longjing tea fields, you will get to savor the farmhouse cuisine of Hangzhou. After a lunch break, you may: Participate in Tea-leaf harvesting; Observe traditional Longjing tea processing; Explore ancient tea culture amidst cloud-kissed hills; Experience Song Dynasty-style Tea-Whisking; Enjoy an afternoon tea with Longjing tea.
On our way back, we will take a walk for about 1-2 hours. And we will walk through 'Ten Miles of Langdang', where the lush greenery, serene ponds, and ancient stone bridges create a perfect harmony that feels like stepping into a traditional Chinese painting.
