When booking a journey with us, please ensure that your group’s luggage fits within the capacity of a standard saloon vehicle. The maximum allowance depends on vehicle type. Please make sure you select the correct category when booking.
If your group exceeds this limit, we kindly ask that you book an additional vehicle to ensure a comfortable and safe journey.
Please remember to provide your flight details at the time of booking. This allows us to monitor your flight in real time and ensure your driver arrives promptly, even in the event of delays.
You will meet your driver at one of our designated meeting points. Our Meet & Greet service is included in the price and includes up to 30 minutes of complimentary waiting time. After this period, standard terms and conditions will apply.
Once you’ve met your driver, they will assist you and transport you directly to your destination.
