All rooms had hot air heating and hot and cold water. The king even had a telephone. The exterior of the castle is also beautiful. 465 tons of Salzburg marble were used to build it. No tickets available? You still have a chance to get them - we can arrange early morning pickup and you have a 90% chance of buying tickets on the spot, just arrive early enough. You can also check 24 hours in advance to see if tickets are on sale again. Still no chance? Don't worry, you can take a walk around the castle, enjoy the scenery and the beautiful views, visit the Maria Bridge and then head to the beautiful Linderhof Castle and Ettal Abbey and enjoy the tour without the crowds. The stop is for 2 hours. The rest of the time is for transportation.
Schloss Linderhof
Linderhof Palace, built in the 19th century, is one of the most famous buildings of Ludwig II. Bavaria. His intention was to create a private palace inspired by the French Versailles. Linderhof is therefore an excellent destination for a perfect day out full of amazing experiences. You will have the opportunity to see luxurious interiors, original ceiling decorations, rare paintings and unique sculptures created by true masters. The tour includes the Hall of Mirrors and the Royal Bedroom, a room filled with gold. There's no need to rush with a comfortable private transfer. Our local English-speaking driver will be happy to wait for you while you explore the enchanting palace park with its waterfalls and Venus Cave, surrounded by mountains and breathtaking views. In the event that tickets are sold out, there's no need for despair. Visitors can still enjoy the beautiful surroundings for a stroll and view the castle from the outside, for example, by walking across the nearby bridge.
