Dachau Concentration Camp Memorial Site
The tour is designed to follow the recommendations of the Comite International de Dachau (CID), a group of survivors who helped create the Memorial Museum with the objective being to follow the "Path of the Prisoners". The tour follows the prisoners from their arrival through to administration, their daily life, and at times, their death. The tour also includes: • Discussion of the different types of camps that existed • Evolution of the concentration camp system • Explanation of how Dachau became the model camp for the entire system • Stories of individual survivors • Discussion about how the German people deal with this aspect of their history • How the Memorial Site became an integral place of learning

Meeting / End Points
- Directions: Meet your guide in the Munich Hauptbahnhof. The guide will be standing in front of the Bayern Munich Fan shop opposite platform 25. The guide will have a sign with your name on it. The tour returns to original departure point or a Munich city center location of your choice.
