We work with organic foods and flours with a strong prevalence of zero-mile products. Furthermore we only use long leavening and high hydration. As a matter of fact every reservation must reach us at least with two days in advance and must be expressly accepted. Having said that furthermore it is possible to choose between other two different activities: the "all you can eat" formula with several types of pizza and the "vegetarian menu".
Duration: 2 hours: You will taste different types of pizza starting from the focaccia with raw cherry tomatoes and basil in a path of flavours.

After a welcome aperitif with local or Italian food and Prosecco superiore DOC/ DOCG or well known regional DOC/DOCG wines our passionate visitors will learn to give life to their natural yeast without any chemical addition. They will learn how to prepare and bake the bread and the loaves for pizza with a technique widely used in everyday life, that is, with little time available. They will also learn all together to prepare fresh homemade pasta under our supervision. We will eat at the end of the session, all together, the bruschetta, the fresh homemade pasta and different kind of pizza normally paired with Lambrusco di Grasparossa Amabile DOC. Furthermore they will have some information on the history of the typical Neapolitan cuisine and on the different types of flours used beyond the wines that are normally drunk during the lesson. One beer, Blonde or Rouge is also possible instead of one of the wines. Children under 18 years can drink coke, orange or sprite instead of alcoholic beverages.
