Each pick-up location has been determined by the guest himself, based on the address and name of the hotel where the guest lives. 1 hour / 30 minutes before the agreed pick-up time, guests must be really ready.

- if the guest has a destination to Sheet or pick-up point in Sheet
- if the guest has a destination or pick-up location in the Mataram area and its surroundings
- if the guest has a destination or pick-up at the Air Port, especially for the airport, the rate is lower in the range of USD.12
