Pick-up Details:
- Please share your correct flight info so we can ensure a smooth pick-up.
- Our driver will be there waiting for you for 90 minutes after your flight lands. If it takes a bit longer, there’s an additional charge of $28 per hour.
- If we don’t find you at the pick-up point 90 minutes after landing and we haven’t heard from you, our driver will need to leave, and we won’t be able to refund the fee.
- If there’s any change in your flight schedule, just let us know at least 4 hours before your scheduled pick-up time. If not, any extra costs will be on you.
- We plan pick-ups based on when your flight lands. If you set a specific pick-up time, we’ll treat it as a one-off pick-up and drop-off order.

- Please be ready at your hotel at the time you’ve given in the order.
- We include a 30-minute wait time for free with drop-offs.
