We start the journey by picking you up at your accomodation. After a 40-minute drive through worlds longest and deepest underwater tunnel and scenic views of Jørpeland, we'll arrive at the trailhead. Here, your guide will share insights about the trail and expected conditions.
After approximately 2 hours of hiking we will reach the majestic Preikestolen / Pulpit Rock cliffside 604 meters (1981 feet) above the sea. Eat your lunch with the majestic view of Lysefjorden all around you!

Bring more than you think if you are unsure, you can always store your excess belongings in our car. Contact us if you need hiking gear or clothes. • There is no need to worry about the weather, the forecasts in this area is very unreliable. Let the guide take care of the weather evaluation. Please contact us if you are unsure about the weather before you change/cancel the booking. • Bring swimming wear in case it is a good day to swim in the mountain lakes!
