This tour is a wellness workshop that will teach you much about self healing. First We pick you up at your hotel . We will give you food and drinks on the way to Mount Arryat. We will practice Yoga and Qi gong (moving meditation) in nature after a short climbing of steps and hiking in the forest. The instructor is a certified Qi gong teacher that will give you knowledge in wellness and self healing.After the practice we will swim in a pool with natural water (without chlorine), finish the day with lunch and bring you back to your hotel.

What's included in Practice Yoga & Qi gong in Nature

We pick you up in the morning with a local Filipino jeep from your hotel, we will treat you with fruits, herbal tea and water on the way to our destination, we will start by climbing 100 steps and than walking in natural surroundings on the way to our spot with nice view . We will practice Yoga and Qi gong for 1.5 hours , than we will go down and visit the waterfall and swimming pool, stay there for 2 hours and before we go we will eat lunch. Drop off at your hotel.
