Peljesac Peninsula

Famous wine region which is in close proximity to Dubrovnik is a perfect option for a day tour! It takes only little bit longer than an hour to reach Pelješac peninsula and the entire road on Pelješac is scenic. You will be amazed by all the vineyards, hills and stunning sea views. There're two organized wine tastings for you on Peninsula in authentic family wineries and light lunch in local tavern. Besides small picturesque villages that you will visit on peninsula, you will also have an opportunity to explore Ston, historic city that is on your way back towards Dubrovnik.

Ston

Ston is important historical city for Dubrovnik region. It is very famous for its salt pans that were main mean of negotiation during Dubrovnik Republic times. Salt was treated and valued as much as gold in the past which made Ston of crucial importance for the whole Republic. To protect salt pans, huge walls around the city were built. Now these are second longest stone walls in the world. Needless to say, Ston is worth visiting and you will get about half an hour of free time for individual activities in Ston. You can have coffee, or famous Ston cake called Makaruli, or just walk around narrow streets and discover the city.

Putnikovic

Short ride from Ston will take you to Putnikovići, small village known for vineyards and wineries! You will have wine tasting here and visit of first wine museum on peninsula!
