To visit the Prado Museum, it is necessary to exchange the voucher received at the Prado ticket office. You'll receive a ticket to enter the museum. However, to visit the Museo Nacional Thyssen-Bornemisza and the Museo Reina Sofía, you'll be able to show the voucher directly after the purchase
You have the flexibility to choose which museum you want to visit first among Thyssen, Prado, and Reina Sofía by showing your smartphone ticket
Please note that guests less than 18 years have free admission for all the three museums included in the pass. However, to get this free admission tickets, guests need to go to the ticket office of each museum
Paseo del Arte Pass is valid for one year once issued at the ticket office and allows one visit to each museum
Please bear in mind that the Reina Sofía Museum is closed on Tuesdays
Museo Nacional Thyssen-Bornemisza is free on Mondays, so the museum will not accept Paseo del arte passes. The customer will need to do the normal queue and have a free one
The three museums included don't have to be visited on the same day. The date selected when making your reservation refers to the date on which you exchange your voucher for your pass
