- Some packages offer guaranteed departure for solo travelers; however, under normal circumstances, the minimum number of participants is 15. If the number of participants does not meet the required minimum, the tour will be canceled, and a cancellation notice will be sent via e-mail 7 days prior to departure.
- Please arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before the departure time as the tour will leave on time. Latecomers will be deemed as no-show, refunds and date change will not be possible
- Refunds will not be granted to travelers who do not wish to attend all the attractions on the itinerary
- In the event of traffic congestion, the itinerary and stop time might be adjusted
