If you are late or absent without notice, a cancellation fee may apply. If you’re delayed, be sure to contact us in advance. Final Confirmation We will send you the meeting location and time by the day before the tour. Please register a phone number or email that can be reached in Japan. If you don’t receive any message by 6:00 PM the day before, contact "MIYAKO ADVENTURE PiPi" using the information on your ticket. Participation Requirements & Health Conditions Eligible age: 3–59 years old You cannot participate if: You are pregnant (including early stages) Your child is under 3 years old You have a pre-existing medical condition You weigh over 100 kg If you have concerns about your physical condition or a strong fear of the ocean, please consult us in advance. Equipment & Safety For ocean activities, wearing a life jacket, fins, and mask is mandatory. Those who do not comply may be refused participation. Please follow your guide’s instructions for safety at all times. Weather The tour will proceed in light rain. However, it may be canceled if conditions are deemed unsafe. Transportation & Meeting Location Depending on availability, you may be asked to come directly to the site. If you would like pick-up service, please contact us after booking. Clothing & Preparation Wear clothes that can get wet. There are no toilets at the activity site, so please use the restroom in advance. Participation under the influence of alcohol is not allowed. Parking Fees Depending on the field, parking may cost between ¥1,000 and ¥2,000. Language Support Tours are available in Japanese or English. Depending on bookings, some tours may be conducted in Japanese only.
