- The organizers will not take any responsibility for any injuries sustained during the event.

- Marunouchi Yoga prioritizes the safety of participants. Therefore, the decision on whether or not to hold Marunouchi Yoga will be made based on the weather forecast at 8:00 p.m. the previous day, taking into consideration the amount of rainfall (amount of snowfall), temperature, wind speed, and facility conditions.
Decision to cancel the event due to rain
- Decisions regarding cancellations due to rain will be made as follows:
① An initial decision will be made at 8:00 p.m. the day before the event, and participants will be notified via the email address they registered whether the event will be canceled or a decision will be made on the day.
*If a decision is made on the day, cancellation (refund) will be accepted as this is a last-minute decision.
Instructions on how to cancel will be provided along with the notification.
②If a decision is made on the day, a final decision will be made at 4:00 p.m. and a notification of cancellation or execution will be sent to the email address you registered.
