Lotte World Aquarium Hanoi is designed with a strong influence of Vietnamese culture, inspired by the deep blue ocean and the myth of Cá Ông, the guardian god of fishermen. Covering an area of 9,094 square meters with 67 tanks, it is home to over 31,000 marine species, including the first-ever family of California sea lions in Vietnam. Visitors, especially children, can participate in various educational and recreational activities and explore the magical world of the ocean through AR technology.

Lotte World Aquarium Hanoi is the first project of Lotte World built in Vietnam. This project is a first-class entertainment project combining modern technology of the world with Vietnamese culture and nature.
With a total area of 9,094m², containing 67 large display tanks, Lotte World Aquarium Hanoi is currently home to more than 31,000 marine creatures of more than 400 species, simulating the marine world most closely. Endlessly inspired by the magic of the deep blue ocean and the typical cultural features of Vietnam, the Aquarium is designed with the imprint of Vietnamese folklore, based on the mythical stories of Ca Ong - the god who protects the fishermen in each voyage. Here, the image of Ca Ong is a symbol leading the journey of cruising the sea with many interesting things, helping visitors understand more about the traditional values of Vietnam's seas.
