- Open daily from 10am -10pm (Last admission 8.30pm)
- Each room is provided with a locker to store personal belongings or shopping bags. Locker keys will then be handed to you to hold on to until the game ends.
- Comfortable clothing and shoes that are easy to move around are recommended because there will be slight physical obstacles in the games.
- Each game session takes approximately 1 hour, 15 minutes briefing and 45 minutes of gameplay plus an additional 5 minutes if the time bender character is chosen.
- If customers are late for less than 10 minutes, the game will start and the experience time will be shortened.
- If customers are late for more than 10 minutes, the game will be rescheduled with another available time slot (subject to availability of the game session).
- If customers arrive with fewer participants than the purchase amount, no refund will be available.
- Additional players will be charged accordingly.
- Children aged 7 and below can play for FREE.
- Children aged 12 and below must be accompanied by a guardian who is 18 years old or above inside the room to play with them.
- Underage teens aged 13-17 will require a guardian to be present, and the guardian must sign a consent form before the teens are allowed to play alone.
