Kayaking Experience in Lim Bay Sea in The Croatian Fjord
Lim Bay Sea Kayaking tour is a perfect one-day experience. The Lim Bay, also known as the channel or the Croatia fjord, is located on the west coast of Istria. It is part of the 35 km long Lim Valley, that stretches almost to the middle of Istria. The bay itself is almost 13 km long, surrounded by cliffs covered with evergreen vegetation.
In 1980, it was declared a special marine reserve. A peculiar feature of the water in the bay is that it is partly brackish. Its underwater sources of sweet water create a high concentration of oxygen, ensuring a rich and diverse range of sea species. This trove of marine life is also very well-known for its fish and oyster farms.
The guide will introduce you to the tour and equipment and have a safety talk. We invite you to join us on our one-day trip and enjoy the crystal clear sea, serene landscape, and a small rocky beach. All perfect ingredients for a great Lim Bay sea kayaking trip.

What's included in Kayaking Experience in Lim Bay Sea in The Croatian Fjord
(Subject to Option Inclusions)At 9:00-10:00 Meeting with guide and transfer to the starting point - You will meet with your guide in the Poreč / Vrsar area and have the local transfer of approx 25 min to the start point at Lim bay. The guide will introduce you to the tour and equipment and have a safety talk and will start of the tour from Lim bay. We will then take a break and relax on a small beach in the middle of the bay. After a break and relax we are start paddling back. At the end of the trip, you can enjoy yourself in a local beach bar for a drink. Around 13:30-14:00 Transfer back - After the end of the trip and equipment restore you will have to organize a transfer back to the Poreč/Vrsar area.

- Sit on top sea kayak (single or double), paddle, dry barrel, life jacket
- Not recommended for travelers with spinal injuries
- Not recommended for travelers with poor cardiovascular health

- We will meet at the sea kayak start point next to Restaurant Fjord, in Limski Kanal. If you will need a parking place you can contact me for suggestions.
