The class starts at 1 PM, where you’ll meet your local expert chef. First, you’ll embark on a guided market tour to gather fresh ingredients for your momo filling, choosing between vegetarian, vegan, or chicken options. This will introduce you to the vibrant local food scene as you explore the market. Back at the cooking academy, you’ll learn how to prepare the dough and filling from scratch, guided step-by-step by the instructor. You’ll then shape the momos and choose between making traditional steamed momos or experimenting with soup momo. Once the momos are ready, you’ll enjoy a tasting session, savoring the freshly made momos along with a complimentary cup of Nepali masala tea. Whether you're a beginner or experienced cook, this class offers a fun, educational, and authentic Nepali culinary experience.
