(Subject to Option Inclusions)Arriving by road to the plateau of Omalos and from there we will start a smooth hike to Kallergi shelter. On this route we will have views of some of the famous peaks of the area. Arriving at the Kallergi shelter, we will find ourselves in a unique spot from where we can see both seas of the island (North and South Cretan Sea) at the same time, while a panorama of the peaks of the White Mountains unfolds before our eyes. The most impressive thing is that we are on a "balcony" just above the famous Samaria gorge and at a point where one can admire the gorge from above almost all its length. This excursion takes you to a unique spot with views you won't find elsewhere and at the same time it is a hike that the whole family can participate in. The friendly and welcoming Kallergi is the perfect place for a cup of mountain tea or soup in front of these views before you start the hike back.
