  • Free cancellation is available before the voucher is exchanged into a physical JR Pass. Regarding cancellation, you must cancel the entire order as partial cancellation is not possible.

  • If you have already exchanged the pass at JR Kyushu ticket counter but wish to cancel it, please go to the same counter at least 1 day before the first day of the pass validity period and apply for the cancellation. 10% of the ticket price will be charged as the processing fee before the rest is returned to you.
  • Travelers are allowed to bring up to 2 pieces of luggage, with a total combined length, width, and height of 250 cm (maximum length of 2 meters) and a weight of up to 30 kg. (Umbrellas, canes, carry-on luggage, backpacks, etc. are not included in this limit.)
  • When traveling on the Tōkaidō, Sanyō, Kyūshū, and Nishi-Kyūshū Shinkansen, oversized luggage with a total combined length, width, and height between 160 cm and 250 cm requires an advance reservation
  • Due to system limitations, reservations for 'oversized luggage storage with a seat' cannot be made. Passengers using the JR Kyushu Rail Pass who wish to bring oversized luggage on the Kyushu Shinkansen must make a reservation at the station's ticket window
  • JR ticketing operates with a registration system. Please ensure sufficient information is provided while making a purchase, and bear in mind that we are not liable for any delays resulting from insufficient information provided by customers

  • Please refer to the official website for redemption locations. Northern Kyushu Area Pass cannot be redeemed at JR Kyushu Travel Agency offices in Kagoshima-Chuo Station and all stations in Miyazaki
  • To reserve seats, please present the credit card used when booking, the eMCO voucher, and the reservation code at the green counters in all the JR Kyushu stations
  • Children will be required to purchase a child ticket under the following circumstances:
    - Child occupies own seat in ordinary carriage (reserved seat)
    - Child traveling alone
  • The content of the video, including images and text, is for reference only. Please note that actual onboard sales may vary according to the season
