What's included in Irish Craic & Cuisine: Cooking Class & Dinner in Central Dublin

(Subject to Option Inclusions)

Local host Ann is excited to welcome guests in to her Dublin home. At this intimate social dining experience, you'll help Ann cook a traditional Irish dinner, that you'll then enjoy together in a fun, friendly, relaxed atmosphere. Ann will share some of her food, her stories and her culture with you. First, you will make traditional Irish soda bread, a heart warming Irish soup, a Beef and Guinness casserole and buttery Colcannon. Then, when everyone sits down to dinner you will have some good craic (craic in Ireland means good fun, music and conversation!). After dinner, Ann will show you how to make your own Irish Coffee and being a true Blue, she will be at hand to give you information and advice on the city so that you get the most and the best out of your stay in Dublin. By the end of the evening, you will have made new friends and will have experienced a genuine Irish welcome which I hope will be one of your lasting memories of your time in Ireland. You'll also go home with a recipe booklet.
