- Minimum of 5 people are required to book tour. If total number of travelers do not match the minimum requirement for this trip, the tour will be cancelled and you will receive a notification e-mail 1 day(s) prior to departure
- In the event of a change in itinerary or cancellation due to traffic, weather, or any other unforeseen circumstances, please contact customer service and a partial refund will be granted
- Please arrive at the designated meeting point at least 10 minutes in advance. If you arrive after the tour has started, your booking will be automatically canceled without a refund
- The itinerary may be changed on the day of the tour due to weather and field situations
- If the ferry is not operational or the car cannot board the boat, alternative land transportation will be provided. In such cases, no refund will be issued, and the seagull feeding activity will be conducted on the shore instead
- Seagulls live in the wild and are not bred, so there is no guarantee of their number or whether they will appear
- If the Luge at Ganghwa Seaside Resort is closed due to weather conditions or other factors, it will be replaced with alternative attractions
- For safety reasons, only those aged 8 years and above (1 year of primary school) can enter SPA CIMER. ※ Warm reminder: Children under 1.4 meters tall must submit a consent form to enter the pool and must wear a hand tag and a life jacket.

Important Information
- Please provide a reachable contact number or messaging app ID when making a booking
- Free admission for children under 3 years old; seats, admission fees, and tickets are not included. Please inform us of the number of eligible children in the 'Note' section during booking and present the child's passport on-site
- If you plan to bring a stroller or wheelchair, please notify the local travel agency in advance
- Ganghwa Seaside Resort Luge:
- Children under 10 years old and with a height between 85 cm and 120 cm are required to share a luge with an adult
- Children over 10 years old and over 120 cm in height may ride the luge alone
- Seniors aged 65 and over are not permitted to ride the luge. We recommend that they enjoy the cable car instead - The number of luge rides will be confirmed before booking by the staff on the day. Please inquire with the local travel agency for discount
- A Chinese/English-speaking tour guide will accompany tour groups with 25 or more guests (vehicle: bus). For tour groups with less than 12 guests, only the Korean-speaking driver will join the tour (vehicle: van); the driver can use translation apps for Chinese/English

開心參加左呢個團 可以唔使自己諗行程 交通 又可以好輕鬆咁帶住兩個小朋友玩到想玩ge 野 導遊金先生亦很好 今次玩得好開心

很充實的旅程
如果不想逛街血拚的話,推薦可以到郊區走走,這次選擇仁川一日遊的行程,交通接送與導遊人員大致上都很好,從首爾出發到仁川大概要一個鐘頭的車程,首站來到江華島的斜坡滑車,需搭乘纜車到上方出發點,有兩路線可以選擇(刺激與不刺激的),滑車的過程很有趣,喜歡的人可以另外加價多搭幾回,中午在中國城童話村那邊用餐(費用自理),我覺得範圍沒有很大,愛拍照的人應該會很喜歡,最後需要搭船去永宗島騎自行車,等待搭船的時間可以餵食海鷗,到了永宗島騎鐵路自行車,來回大約是40分鐘,沿路可以欣賞海景,很不錯
