Information announcements were conducted initially in Korean and English. Regarding the proportion of passengers using the airport bus, information announcements in Japanese and Chinese have been added to broadcast in four languages.

Maximize the convenience of using airport buses by understanding the current location of vehicles in real-time using Seoul City's BMS system.
3. Installation of digital driving recorder
All airport buses' operation recording devices will be switched from analog to digital, and vehicle operation information will be shared with the Japan Traffic Safety Corporation to prevent traffic accidents and ensure passenger safety.
4. Installation of radio communication equipment (TRS non-electric equipment)
Real-time bus control using wireless communication equipment maintains optimal operating conditions in the operation control room. It swiftly handles customer inconveniences, complaints, and lost items, enhancing customer reliability and transparency.
5. Other customer services
We operate various services to improve customer experience, such as limousine pickup service and deploying baggage service staff at Incheon Airport, Gimpo Airport, and major areas in the city.

- Pets and large items such as skis, surfboards, wheelchairs, and golf bags cannot be accommodated
- Each passenger may bring a maximum of two bags, including carry-on baggage. Each bag must weigh 20 kg or less and have a total volume (length + width + height) of less than 160 cm
- Extra fees may apply for oversized and/or additional luggage. Please pay any extra fees directly to the driver or operator in charge

- Each paying adult may bring one child for free under this condition.
