Then we will begin a guided walk around the grounds of HOKKAIDian Homestead where you will explore the scenic natural surroundings and discover the stories behind this special area of Hokkaido After spending some time outdoors, we will move into our cozy kitchen/dining area for a fun hands-on culinary experience featuring top quality seasonal Hokkaido ingredients. You will learn the stories behind these amazing local ingredients. Finally, you will sit down to enjoy a feast of seasonal Hokkaido seafood, meat, fruits and vegetables.
