Let's go to the Historic Center of Lima! Where the most important events in Peruvian history occurred. The Foundation of Lima by the Spanish Conqueror Pizarro, and years later the Proclamation of Independence of Peru. We'll also know its Pre-Columbian past. Lima is millenary! The Plaza San Martín,"Jirón de la Unión","Plaza de Armas", and of course the mysterious Catacombs of San Francisco; and its underground crypts. It'll be a great day!

Plaza San Martin
"Plaza San Martín" This impressive square was made for the celebration of the 100 years of our independence. I'll tell you about the process to get tour freedoom.Today this is the only place in the Center where protests can take place and debates among locals. The Hotel bolívar is around here.
Jiron de La Union
“Jirón de la Unión” This is the most famous boulevard in the whole city, You can find everything!
Museo Convento San Francisco y Catacumbas
San Francisco Catacombs There are many dark stories and legends about the Catacombs located below the San Francisco Convent: a historic cemetery whose underground crypts from the colonial era served to bury more than 25,000 people.
