Estatua Isabel II
We will meet at the statue of Isabel II, right in the heart of Plaza de Ópera. This will be our first stop on a journey to discover Madrid’s history, starting with the queen who promoted culture in the city. In front of us, the majestic Teatro Real welcomes us to the world of art, with the Ópera metro station marking the beginning of our cultural adventure.

***Our first gastronomic stop: will be a tasting of 100% acorn-fed Iberian products, recognized as the best ham in the world. We’ll savor a selection of jamón, chorizo, salchichón, and lomo, all from 100% Iberian pigs.

We will explore the history and roots of flamenco in front of an authentic and traditional tablao in the capital. A journey through its origins and evolution, where the art and passion of flamenco come to life in its most genuine form.
Plaza Mayor
We will explore the history of Plaza Mayor, the heart of Madrid, and one of its most iconic landmarks. A place full of tradition, culture, and life, it has witnessed countless events throughout the centuries.
We will visit the facade of the world’s oldest restaurant Sobrino de Botín, certified by the Guinness World Records. A true symbol of Madrid’s history and gastronomy.

We will explore the history of Plaza de Santa Ana, an iconic spot in Madrid full of life and charm. Surrounded by theaters and cafés, it’s a historic meeting point that has witnessed the city’s cultural evolution.
