You will experience the full spectrum of traditional Northern Vietnamese cuisine, as well as an explanation of the dish's importance, all told by a wonderful local host. (Subject to Option Inclusions)We will begin our tour at the famous Local grilled Roll then we will walk from location to location to experience the full spectrum of North Vietnamese cuisine. You will patron 7-10 different locations, with a 5-10 minute walk between each meal, giving you a taste of the street culture in Hanoi. This tour focuses on traditional seasonal dishes and relevant cultural history of this 1000 year old city.
