- The cave is warm in winter and cool in summer. The temperature inside the cave is about 14-19°C. The outdoor temperature is based on the weather temperature of the day.
- The coach will contact the guest the night before departure to confirm the pick-up and boarding time and location. It is recommended to arrive at the hotel lobby/door 10 minutes in advance on the day of departure to wait for the coach to pick you up.
- In case of itinerary changes, cancellations, and passenger detention caused by force majeure (such as flight delays, traffic accidents, natural disasters, weather and tidal changes, war, etc.), the expenses incurred need to be borne by yourself.

- Dress code: Please wear comfortable and quick-drying sportswear (preferably long pants) for all projects. It is recommended to bring one day of dry clothes as a backup; girls should tie their ponytails lower and do not wear hairpins and hair flowers on their heads to avoid loosening when wearing safety helmets;
