Plaza Mayor de Trujillo
Plaza Mayor full of Renaissance palaces and the equestrian sculpture of Francisco Pizarro, conqueror of Peru
It was built in the 16th century, beginning to be built in 1562 by order of Hernando Pizarro.
The Palacio de San Carlos (also called the Palacio de los Vargas-Carvajal) 1 2 is a Plateresque building from Spain. The building maintains the original Plateresque façade in addition to the façade that is offered to Domingo Street.
