Pompeii was a thriving Roman city until August AD 79, when Mount Vesuvius erupted, burying the city and its inhabitants under a torrent of burning pyroclastic flow and volcanic ash. During your visit, you'll step back in time to witness a moment of history frozen in place—viewing people preserved in death postures and ruins that have remained nearly untouched for almost 2,000 years. Please note: Tickets to the archaeological site and a tour guide are not included in this service. However, visiting Pompeii with a professional guide is highly recommended to enhance your experience and understanding of this extraordinary site.

Visit the charming Cantine del Vesuvio winery, nestled on the picturesque slopes of Mount Vesuvius. Here, you’ll savor a unique wine-tasting experience featuring a variety of locally produced wines.
