Duration: 1 hour 30 minutes: This time is estimated and depends on the traffic and the pick-up location.
Water: This service includes a bottle of water for each passenger.
Executive Vehicle: Mercedes Benz E-Class, Mercedes Benz EQE or similar.
Up to 2 Passengers with 2 large suitcases, 2 carry-ons and 2 backpacks.

(Subject to Option Inclusions)We contact the passenger through any available type of communication to confirm their booking details, if necessary we can adjust the pick-up time and location at the customer's request.
We make sure that the driver will have enough time to arrive at the time set to pick up the client.
We are sending you the driver's details and phone number to make sure you can contact them at any time if necessary.
When picking up from the airport, the driver will wait for the passenger in the arrivals area with his name written on the name board
The driver will be in contact with the customer and will inform them exactly what time he will arrive at the pick-up location.
When the driver meets the passenger, he will help him with the luggage, when picking it up to the car, as well as at the destination by unloading it from the car.
At the end of the trip, the driver will thank you for choosing to travel with us with a huge smile. :)

Please arrive at the pick up point 240 minutes before departure time.
Additional Information
We monitor and track all the flights, we will pick you up even if your flight is delayed. Our driver will wait at the pick-up point with your name written on the board 40 min after landing. The driver will then wait a further 50 minutes before leaving the airport unless we are Informed that there is been delays in passport and customs control. That is a total of 90 minutes after the flight has landed. If waiting time exceeds 90 minutes the additional car park cost is payable in cash to the driver at the end of your transfer. If any issue, please call to our office phone number and we will be happy to assist you. Gatwick Airport Terminal S (south) we meet our customers by Costa Coffee. Gatwick Airport Terminal N (north) we meet our customers by Costa Coffee. For London pick-up, please choose the convenient pick-up location.
