Arcachon Seaside Promenade. Start your day with a walk along Arcachon’s beachside promenade, lined with Belle Époque villas, palm trees, and sandy shores. This relaxed coastal town is known for its mild climate, sea breezes, and pastel-colored charm.
Towering over 100 meters high, this is Europe’s tallest sand dune. Climb to the top (optional) for a dramatic panorama of the Atlantic Ocean on one side and the dense Landes forest on the other. It’s a truly unique natural wonder and one of the most visited sights in Nouvelle-Aquitaine
Gujan-Mestras
Optional Stop in Gujan-Mestras or a Local Oyster Village. Add a short visit to an authentic oyster-farming village, such as Gujan-Mestras or Le Canon, where wooden cabins and working harbors reveal the region’s maritime traditions.
