After, you will taste empanadas, a savory pastry that contains a delicious meat filling that goes great with ají (a typical hot sauce). Heading north you will arrive at Nuestra Señora de Lourdes, an impressive neo-gothic cathedral in the heart of Chapinero. Next, you will walk a few steps to taste Pan de Bono and Avena, a typical snack from Valle del Cauca region. You will continue some streets ahead to drink a delicious cup of coffee prepared by a barista with your method of preference. This coffee is served at Wilborada, a bookstore built inside a traditional Chapinero house that holds impressive books about Colombia and literature in many languages.
