In this private and personalised cooking class will learn how to master traditional Bolognese dishes while overlooking an breathtaking view of the Po Valley. And after, if you feel like it, you can take a dip in the swimming pool! - You can add a wine pairing for €35 per person. - Pick up in Castel San Pietro is free of charge. Pick up in the Bologna area costs €140 for groups of up to 4 people. N.B: - The experience includes 1 main or starter of your choice. Any additional dish has to be paid separately. - We must know your preference in terms of dishes at least 24 hours prior to the event or we might not be able to do the course.

STARTER - Tagliatelle al Ragù

A true Bolognese classic, this dish combines tagliatelle pasta with the iconic ragù sauce.

MAIN - Lasagne

A world-famous layered pasta dish featuring sheets of pasta, ragù sauce, béchamel sauce, and cheese, all baked to golden perfection.

STARTER - Tortellini

Delicate pasta parcels filled with a flavourful mixture: cured and ground meats, cheeses, and herbs.

STARTER - Balanzoni

A unique type of stuffed pasta folded into a distinctive triangular shape, offering a delightful blend of flavours and textures in every bite.

STARTER - Tortelloni with Butter and Sage

Tortelloni are larger pasta pouches, filled with ricotta cheese. They are served with a simple yet exquisite sauce of melted butter and sage leaves.

STARTER - Gnocchi fritti ripieni

fried dough pockets filled with various savoury fillings (mainly local ham and cheese). These morsels are perfect for snacking or as an appetiser.

MAIN - Cotolette alla Bolognese

Tender veal cutlets, dipped in a rich capon broth before being fried in butter to a golden perfection. These are elevated with savoury ham and cheese.

MAIN - Wild Boar Stew with Polenta

We can pick you up at Castel San Pietro Terme station for free, or from anywhere around Bologna for a fee (€140 in total for pick up and drop off).
