This cooking class farm to table is hands-on experience. All depending on the season, we will collect what there is available in our farm. We will show you and explain all the plants and tree we have. You will learn about old Costa Rican culture & cooking techniques. The food will be cook in an open wood-fire kitchen.
We start with a small walk up in our organic farm, to collect some few ingredients. (All depending on the season)We will bring in into our outdoor-kitchen and start to prepare the food. We will explain step by step and any questions can be asked. At the end, we will bring the food to the table and enjoy a delicious lunch or dinner.
