Visit to the wine center of the province, crossing La Quebrada de Las Conchas. Erosion has formed a succession of natural wonders such as the Devil's Throat, a deep, closed canyon. The Amphitheater (with perfect natural acoustics), The Toad, The Friar, The Obelisk, The Castles. Gradually, the arid landscape is replaced by large tracts of vineyards until you reach one of the most striking regions within the Calchaquíes Valleys: Cafayate, a town of single-storey houses between colonial and baroque architecture of the late 19th century.
