Eiffel Tower tickets cannot be received in advance. Instead, all customers must be present at the meeting point indicated in your voucher, where the host will provide the tickets. Enjoy access to the 1st and 2nd floor by elevator. Marvel at spectacular views of Paris. Meet with your host first at the meeting location, in front of the Le Champ de Mars Café located at 45 Avenue de la Bourdonnais. Exchange your vouchers to your Eiffel Tower entry tickets and from there join your host as they accompany you until the 2nd floor of the tower.

- This tour is not a guided visit, your host will take you up to the second floor and direct you to the summit floor elevator where you will continue your visit independently.

- This product is non-refundable except: If force majeure makes SETE decide to restrict access to all or part of the monument for over two (2) consecutive hours, reimbursement will be strictly in proportion to that restriction. If access is restricted because of a decision made by the public authorities, no refund will be payable. For example, if access to the summit of the Eiffel Tower is closed, only the difference between the cost of a ticket for the summit and a ticket for the second floor may be refunded since the 1st and 2nd floors will remain open to the public.

- The exact meeting point is in front of the Le Champ de Mars Cafe (Not inside the Cafe). Please ensure you arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before your specified time. Late access is not guaranteed.

Please be advised: The host will not be waiting for missing customers, to not make the rest of the group wait. The host will be departing for the tower at the time of the meeting. That is why, to avoid missing your tour please be sure to arrive at the meeting location at least 15 minutes before your reserved meeting time. The exact meeting point is in front of the Le Champ de Mars Café (do not enter the café). The meeting point is not the Eiffel Tower. Please ensure you arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before your specified time. For late arrivals, access is not guaranteed. This is not a guided tour, your host will accompany you until the second floor. On rare occasions, the summit floor might be closed to the public due to multiple reasons maintenance, safety reasons, or unexpected elevator breakdowns/malfunctions and no refunds or discounts will be guaranteed.
