The stated departure times represent our planned schedules. While we strive for punctuality, the actual departure time depends on the dock's real-time availability, i.e. delays may occur if the dock is occupied by other boats, which is out of our control. We kindly request you to reconsider your booking or make adjustments if you have a tight or inflexible schedule
It may be cold on board during winter, please wear appropriate clothing
No refund will be granted if the sails cannot be raised due to weather and safety conditions
Please arrive at the pier at least 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Latecomers will not be accommodated and bookings are non-refundable for guests who cannot make it.
Once the reservation is confirmed, all fees paid will not be refunded if the reservation is canceled or no-show on the day
If typhoon signal No. 3 or higher is hoisted or a red / black rainstorm warning is in effect, the cruise will be canceled. Guests will have the option to reschedule or receive a refund.
No changes or cancellations will be accepted after booking is confirmed
Dukling reserves the right to cancel and re-schedule the tours at the last minute due to unforeseen circumstances, such as technical issues, strong winds, or rough sea conditions
