As the entry to the caves is regulated by the port authorities, if the caves are closed there will be no refunds. Non-attendance/ no-shows will be charged in full. Customers will receive a full refund if cancelled up to 24 hours before the tour. Customers will receive a full refund in case of cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Changes are accepted up to 24 hours before the tour. XRide reserves the right to change the time and/or vessel of the experience without prior notice.
