This is an off the beaten path experience that allows you to discover the local culture, and most of all the Moroccan gastronomy. Come hungry, as on this tour, you will taste mint tea, Moroccan crepes with honey and goat cheese, olives, fish, dates, fava beans soup, sweets... and finish with spiced coffee. This is the best experience to discover the Moroccan savory and sweet foods, while discovering the old medina, its food market, as well as typical Moroccan concepts like the community oven where the locals take their bread, cookies, pizza... to be baked. This is an off the beaten path experience that will allow you discover the local culture, and most of all the Moroccan gastronomy. This tour enables you to walk in the vibrant old Medina, its main historical districts and its food market. Along the way, we will taste different typical Moroccan foods, and have a main stop for a traditional lunch. Please note: During Ramadan, the fasting month, instead of the food tour, you can join my family for iftar (breaking the fast) which enables you to taste different traditional foods as well as to learn about the culture and the holly month of Ramadan. This year Ramadan starts on March 2nd and ends on April 1st. The experience in Ramadan takes 1h to 1h30 starting from 6 pm, the time of sunset.
