Entries are for single admittance only. No changing of guests once admitted

Same price applies for child or adult. Children under 120cm tall must be accompanied by a paying adult

Baby below 36 months old can enter for free with another paying child and paying adult

KIZTOPIA/ SPLASHTOPIA reserve the right to alter our operations hours, shorten and/or halt playtime or revise the rules and regulations whenever necessary and without prior notice. SPLASHTOPIA may from time to time have to close our premises (or certain areas of the premises). KIZTOPIA/ SPLASHTOPIA will endeavour to provide you with as much notice of any such closures as possible. For the avoidance of doubt SPLASHTOPIA are not obliged to compensate members for any closures

The activity venue may temporarily close due to weather conditions. Customers are advised to check the opening hours on the official Kiztopia Facebook page, Hong Kong Observatory and the Special Weather Arrangement before departure. In the event of a temporary closure of the venue due to weather conditions, customers can either proceed with the activity later in the day as originally planned or contact Over The Planet CS with a screenshot of the official announcement for rescheduling or refund arrangements. Customers may need to pay the price difference for rescheduling to a new date

Waterproof mobile bags and water guns are available for purchase on-site. Guests can buy them at the reception as needed

KIZTOPIA/ SPLASHTOPIA reserve the right to change, modify, add, or remove any of these House Rules at any given time without any prior notice

The House Rules are incorporated in the Conditions of Sale terms and conditions which are accessible at www.kiztopia.com.hk (the “Conditions of Sale”). All capitalized terms used and not defined herein shall have the respective meanings ascribed to them under the Conditions of Sale

Children under 120 cm in height must be accompanied and supervised by an adult or guardian aged 18 or older at all times, who will assume full responsibility for them

When choosing an activity, guests should consider their own age, height, weight, ability, or other factors.For any improper use of the gaming facilities, KIZTOPIA / SPLASHTOPIA shall bear no responsibility or liability for any claims or injuries incurred

All guests must be in good health before entering SPLASHTOPIA and comply with any public health directive as may be in force from time to time. SPLASHTOPIA reserves the right to refuse entry or remove anyone who appears to be unwell

All visitors are required to adhere to all rules and restrictions as stated by SPLASHTOPIA staff and as stated on every facility in SPLASHTOPIA

To ensure everyone's safety and to protect our inflatable, proper swimwear is recommended. Please refrain from wearing clothing with hard or sharp embellishments such as zippers, buttons, or rivets. All guests must remove their shoes before entering the play areas

You can use the paid luggage storage service provided by SPLASHTOPIA

If you choose to use any locker or storage facilities offered by us, we do not recommend storing any valuables there

All strollers must be folded before putting into our designated storage area. No strollers / prams / travel systems are allowed in any of our play areas

We will not be responsible for any loss or damage to property stored in any locker or storage facilities or area at our venue (whether arising from our negligence or otherwise)

To avoid any contamination and other risk exposure, outside food and beverages are strictly not allowed except for baby formulas. No food and drinks are allowed within the play areas

SPLASHTOPIA strives to keep our premises as clean and comfortable for all. We reserve the right to impose clean-up and sanitization charges HKD 1,000 for incidents such as vomiting, spillage, urine and leaks. We seek your cooperation in cleaning up after yourself or your child

SPLASHTOPIA do not condone bullying, discriminatory and violent behaviour. Anyone who displays discriminatory or aggressive behaviour or uses harsh or abusive language within the premises will be asked to leave the premises and if the situation warrants it reported to the police

Any damage caused to the facilities through bad, unruly behaviour or misuse of the facilities will be claimed against you. You are to use the facilities as instructed and shall in no way cause any damage to the same

In the event of any mishap or accident, please report it to the nearest staff at sight so that immediate assistance could be rendered by our certified first-aiders who are on duty
