Once you Arrival at Minneriya National Park, you'll enter through the main entrance. Minneriya is famous for its "Gathering of Elephants," where herds of elephants congregate around the Minneriya Tank (reservoir) during the dry season. You'll embark on a safari jeep tour with an experienced naturalist guide. Keep your eyes peeled for the incredible elephant herds, as well as other wildlife like deer, birds, and possibly leopards. After your safari adventure, you'll have a break for lunch. Many tour operators include a packed lunch or provide options for dining at a nearby restaurant.
