We'll meet at Exit B of Jinyuhuton Station on Metro Line 8 at 6:30 AM. After gathering, we'll warm up while walking, then begin our run around the Forbidden City's Corner Towers for 2 laps, each approximately 4km. We'll maintain a pace of 6-7 minutes per kilometer, suitable for both beginner and intermediate runners. Of course, you're welcome to run at your own comfortable pace. Afterward, we'll regroup at the Corner Tower and head to a 97-year-old breakfast shop to savor authentic Old Beijing breakfast, experiencing the capital's unique food culture. We've also arranged an optional douzhir (fermented mung bean juice) challenge for those interested in experiencing this distinctive Beijing flavor.
