About the photo session

• Photo sessions are mainly held at studios in and around Tokyo (outdoor photo sessions are also available)

There are basically two types of photo sessions: ◆Personal photo session--for experienced people One-on-one session between photographer and model (You can monopolize the model all by yourself without being interfered with by others.)

◆Group photo session--for beginners ①Multiple photographers versus one model There will usually be 5-6 participants. 1 session (around 1 hour) Individual exclusive shooting time will be approximately 10 minutes. Of course, you can shoot outside of the exclusive shooting hours, but you cannot give instructions such as posing to the model (exclusive shooting time is guaranteed, and you can also instruct the model in posing etc.)

②Multiple photographers vs. multiple models The number of participants is usually 10 or more, and there are many outdoor shoots, but the number of events is small. (The advantage is that you can photograph many models at once. On the other hand, the time for each model is considerably shorter.)

• After the photo session, you can take a photo shoot with the model (an additional charge will apply & some models may not be compatible)
• If you need photography equipment, equipment rental service is also available. ・Equipment rental (camera only) Fee: 2,000 yen ・Instax photography fee: 1,000 yen

How it works

1. Before purchasing, we will inform you of the schedule and performers of the photo session. We will propose a plan for the day based on your schedule and requests.

2. After your purchase is confirmed, we will inform you of the meeting place on the day.

3. On the day of the photo session, the interpreter and guide will meet you at the meeting place. After meeting up, we will head to the photo studio together.

4. After arriving at the studio, please pay the participation fee to the photo session management staff. (Basically cash only)

5. Photo session starts (about 1 hour)

6. Photo session ends. We will disband.

Notes

Before purchasing:

• This service is only for booking and accompanying interpreter on the day. Participation fees and transportation costs for the photo session are not included. Please note that the participation fee for the photo session is at your own expense. It will be paid on site.

• For group photo shoots, the guide will also need to pay a participation fee, and the guide's participation fee will also be borne by the customer.

• In order to provide a service that satisfies our customers, please be sure to contact us before purchasing.

• Due to the model's schedule, we currently only accept reservations within one month (e.g., on January 1st, reservations will be accepted until January 31st)

• Depending on the organizer or model, shooting with a smartphone may be prohibited. In that case, you can use the camera rental service

• Video shooting is generally prohibited (although it may be possible)

• Contact with the model after the photo shoot is strictly prohibited.

• Exchanging contact information with the model is prohibited

• Unauthorized posting of photos on the web is prohibited (the model's permission is required, and some models have different posting conditions and some do not allow photos to be posted at all, so be sure to check with the model about posting photos at the end)

After purchase:

• The event may be canceled due to the organizer, model, weather, etc. (Refunds will be provided or the model or date and time will be changed)
• Please be sure to be on time on the day. We will not be held responsible for any damage caused by the customer
• Please be sure to follow the organizer's shooting rules and follow the instructions of the venue staff. We will not be held responsible for any damage caused by the customer
