Drawing from Arab, Berber, Jewish, African and French traditions, Morocco Berber cuisine is widely recognized and provides a healthy diet. Morocco is home to an abundance of locally grown fresh food, due to the wonderful climate year-round and smart irrigation. Used with an imaginative range of spices, herbs, and oils, the product creates a distinct range of tasty meals including Tajines, Couscous, Salads, and flatbreads. Private cooking class in the High Atlas Mountains with a genuine Berber family in order to experience the local cuisine while enjoying it from the beginning to the end, from buying the ingredients at the Weekly Berber market to tasting the food you made in a beautiful mountain landscape and lush valley. We join a real Berber Family in their house. The Berber cooking class is run by Malika the Grandmother of the Family, an experienced cook whose trade secrets have been passed down to her family for generations. An English-speaking driver/guide will do the translation.
