What's included in Cooking Class with Chef Barbara

In my cooking class, you will prepare a traditional Tuscan menu. The cooking class will be held in my restaurant kitchen, which is immersed in the Tuscan town and a splendid view of Tirreno sea.  During this rustic cooking lesson, you will go through a brief history of Tuscan and Italian cuisine to experience traditional Tuscan cuisine first-hand in a few hours.  The lessons are all “hands-on” so expect to work, play and taste together!  After the class, seat yourself to a table to enjoy the lunch or dinner you’ve just made.  This is a very fun activity that accommodates from family groups to corporate team-building activities.  The total experience lasts about 3 hours. Cooking Class including:  - Apron - Recipes book - Tasting of the food including room service  - Wine not included that you can choose separately in our wine list With your course fee, you will receive complete hands-on training under the guide of Chef Barbara and you are involved in every aspect of preparing a typical Tuscan meal. In short, a great job and great fun!

Rosemary Focaccia Bread recipe is easy to make, and topped with fresh rosemary, olive oil and flaky sea salt.
