You will be amazed by the host Nini and her family. The host is a project manager, home cook, Global TV show MasterChef Georgia semi finalist, and vine-maker. Her husband is a famous Georgian musician and TV presenter. Their son is an auditor and tour guide. With the help of a native host, you will discover the unique flavours of local cooking while learning about traditional ways of life. All classes are prepared to keep in mind that recipes are made easy to learn. Khachapuri is a traditional Georgian dish of cheese-filled bread. The bread is molded into various shapes, and then filled in the center with cheese.
